Dermalux LED
LED facials directly complement and enhance the effect of ANY regenerative/rejuvenating treatments and we use the standard-setting Dermalux Tri-Wave LED device.
Therapist-led, this facial can help target specific medical skin conditions such as acne or rosacea, be used as a standalone rejuvenating facial, or as an add-on to any of the other regenerative treatments we offer. It works by increasing mitochondrial energy production - the more energy available, the more skin is improved. Best of all – it's completely pain-free and non-invasive!
We also offer home hire of the Dermalux Flex device if you want to have daily LED facials at home for a week or two (especially useful if preparing for Sunekos) - contact for details.

Does it hurt/is it safe?
There is no associated discomfort at all with the dermalux. It is a light-based facial with medical certification for use in eg wound healing, inflammation, acne/rosacea and so it is known to be exceedingly safe if used appropriately.
How long does it last?
Ongoing treatments are usually advised and the frequency will vary according to the condition or indication for treatment.
What are the downsides?
Very few! Occasionally this could worsen pigment conditions such as melasma and so it may not be advisable for you if you have this.
