Microneedling
Probably the most poorly understood and incorrectly performed treatment in the world, this is a skin tone-and-texture improving treatment like no other and a big part of regenerative skin care.
Microneedling is established as one of the most refreshing, skin-tone-improving treatments available, the majority of clinics misunderstand it and do it poorly. Having really deep-dived into the core science and physiological pathways behind microneedling, at the Goldhill Clinic we do it in a way that complements your skin and establishes a healing response without inflammation.
We offer two options - microneedling sessions with Liz, our therapist, or a one off microneedling tuition session with Dr Coyle to enable you to pay once, do it at home thereafter and save a fortune in the long run.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it hurt/is it safe?
This is one of the most evidence-based treatments with years of use and experience - it is undoubtedly safe and need not cause any discomfort at all if done properly. This is not the same as RF microneedling, which can be both very painful and cause issues with fat volume loss.
How long does it last?
This is an ongoing, regenerative treatment which we advocate having, or doing yourself at home, on a regular basis.
What are the downsides?
If done correctly - not many. Careful aftercare advice should be followed regarding sun exposure, application of products etc.
